  • Decide positively that you want to stop. Try to avoid negative thoughts about how difficult it possible.
  • List all the reasons you want to stop. Every night before bed, one reason repeat 10 times.
  • Develop strong personal reasons as well as health and obligations to others. For example, think about all the time you throw away the smoke break, rushed out to buy a pack, hunting lights, etc.
  • Start with your own physical condition: Began training tools; drink more fluids; get more rest and avoid fatigue.

In the modern era of today, there is a new alternative to stick to quit smoking through what is called the electronic cigarette. This is an electric cigarette does not produce smoke, no carcinogens, do not have tar, ashes or odor. You will be the one who has to decide if this source is dependable. Anyone can make a website but you would not take your personal medical questions to just anyone.
